Cancellations

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order, please go to My orders Section and then cancel order from there.

Exchange & Returns

• MIRAYA will not accept returns under any circumstances.

• If you have received a Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure you take pictures and video while unboxing the package and share us the same on miraya2017@gmail.com.

• On receiving your complaint, Miraya shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Miraya is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Miraya will start initiating the replacement process.

• In Order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:

• Please notify Miraya of receipt of a Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product within 48 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, Miraya shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.

• Products have to be UNUSED.

• Products should be returned in their original Packaging along with the Original Price tags, barcodes, labels, invoices, etc.

• It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that here is no further damage of products during transit itself.

• Miraya will arrange pick-up of the Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product through its logistics partner.

• The returned Products are subject to verifications and checks by Miraya in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the complaint is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.

• Once the Product is received by Miraya and verified, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 48 hours on basis of availability. Replacement items sent are final sale. No further return or exchange is applicable on items sent as replacement.

• In case of non –availability of the products, you will be informed and then refund will be taken into consideration.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of Shipping, Cancellations, Exchange and Return policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to Shipping, Cancellations , Exchange and Return policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
